You can rent a site for the entire season - that's why we call them Seasonal Sites. Call us for further information or to make a reservation to visit us.

We offer two main types of Seasonal Sites: Standard and Premium, which we rent for the year that spans April 15 - October 15. Winter storage is available from October 15 - April 15.

STANDARD SITES

Our standard sites have water, electric, and pump-out service. The base cost for a Standard Site is $4,500.00 per year.

PREMIUM SITES

Our premium sites are located around the swim pond or along the outer perimeter of the park (these sites do not have campsites behind them). The base cost for a Premium Site is $5,050.00 per year. Availability of premium sites cannot be guaranteed.
