POLICIES & FAQ's

• Reservations are made either via online booking or by phone.
• We require payment in full at time of reservation.  Your credit card will be charged the day you make your reservation.
• One (1) camping unit per site.
• Weekend stays require a 2 night minimum.  Memorial Day, July 4th, & Labor Day weekends require a 3 night stay.

• Check-In time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites & 3:00 p.m. for rental cabins.
• Check-Out time is 1:00 p.m. for campsites & 11:00 a.m. for rental units.
• All campers, guests, and visitors must register and/or pay at the office upon arrival.
• To extend your stay, notify the office prior to 10:00 a.m.
• Day pass guests must depart by 8:00 p.m.

• Pets are only allowed in our designated pet friendly rental units. They are not allowed in any other rental unit or any campground buildings.
• Pets are not allowed on the beach area, the pond or pools.
• Please keep pets on a leash at all times & clean up after them.

Electric bikes & scooters

We allow electric bikes and scooters on our old pedal cart track ONLY. They are not allowed to be ridden throughout the campground due to safety concerns.

Reservations are non-refundable.  

Any cancellation of a stay will be returned as a camping credit that can be used for future reservations.

Holiday weekend cancellations are not eligible for a camping credit or refund.

How many people are allowed on a site?

8 people are allowed per site (including children).

How many vehicles are allowed on a site?

You will get 2 parking passes at check-in, any additional vehicles must purchase a parking pass and park in overflow parking.

Can I get a day pass for visitors?

Yes! Day passes are $15 per person, and $5 for a parking pass. Keep in mind that day passes are for week days only (Mon-Thurs).

How many dogs are allowed?

We allow 2 dogs per campsite, or in our dedicated dog friendly cabins.

Do you still allow tents?

Yes we do

Has anything changed since you're not a Jellystone anymore?

Besides the name change, and no more Yogi Bear, we still have all the same amenities that were offered before, and maybe even a little extra!
